1General Terms and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between acc365 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the user ("you", "member"). By registering on the acc365 platform or using its services, you fully agree to these terms.

Key Definitions

Platform: The acc365 website (acc365.cam) and all related services.

Member: Any person registered on acc365 who has created an account.

Account: A member's personal gaming account through which they access the platform's services.

Balance: The amount of funds held in a member's account, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

2Account Registration and Eligibility

Registration Requirements

To create an account on acc365, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh.
• All information provided must be true, accurate, and up to date.
• Each person may open only one account.
• You must use your own name and your own payment method.

Account Verification

• Driving License

Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if verification is not completed.

Multiple Accounts Prohibited

If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited. acc365 bears no responsibility in such cases.

3Age Restrictions

acc365 is a gaming platform operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited.

If a parent or guardian reports that a minor has been operating an account on their behalf, acc365 will take immediate action. acc365 may request documents for age verification at any time.

4Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

The following payment methods can be used to make deposits on acc365:

Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for all methods). Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method.

Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 5-30 minutes
• Withdrawals can only be made to a registered payment method.
• The source of the deposit and the destination of the withdrawal must be the same.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if account verification has not been completed.

Transaction Currency

All transactions on acc365 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5Bonus and Promotion Policy

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.

For example:

• ৳1,000 deposit → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• ৳16,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total balance ৳31,000

Wagering Requirement

A 25x wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳50,000 in bets before withdrawing.

General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are only usable on the acc365 platform.
• If multiple members from the same household or IP address claim a bonus, it will be considered misuse.
• acc365 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if misuse is suspected.
• Promotion terms may change at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be converted to cash — they are only withdrawable after the wagering requirement has been met.

VIP Program

Regular members can participate in the acc365 VIP program. The VIP tiers are listed below:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on a member's activity and consistency. acc365 reserves the right to change the rules of the VIP program.

6Gaming Rules

Fair Play Policy

acc365 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all players. All our games are operated using tested and verified technology.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue occurs in any game, acc365 reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount. Any incorrect result displayed due to a technical error will be considered void.

Liability for Losses

Winning and losing in gaming is a completely normal process. Members place bets voluntarily and bear full responsibility for any potential losses. acc365 will not provide any compensation for gaming losses.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on acc365:

• Fraud, deception, or any form of illegal activity.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Bonus misuse or violation of bonus terms.
• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Playing games using automated software or bots.
• Harassing or disturbing other members.
• Misconduct toward acc365 staff.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security.

8Account Suspension and Closure

Account Closure by acc365

acc365 may suspend or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of terms
• Providing false information
• Illegal activity
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period
• Failure to verify age

Account Closure by Member

If any member wishes to voluntarily close their account, please contact the acc365 support team via live chat. An opportunity will be given to withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed, however bonus balance will not be returned.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Data Collection

11Responsible Gaming

12Dispute Resolution

The decision of acc365 will be final and binding, however the member's legal rights will remain intact.

13Changes to Terms

acc365 reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of important changes, members may be notified via email or through a notice on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your agreement to the new terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms and conditions, you have the option to close your account.
